Hello, This is Mariano!!!
First things first, thank you for taking the time to browse my personal portfolio, where you'll be able to see a selection of some of my work. I am a UX Designer specialized in Visual Design, with over 15 years of experience, originally trained as an Illustrator in a public art school called "escuela de Artes y Oficios Nº10 de Madrid" (www.artediez.es).
As far as I can remember when I was a little boy I always loved doing drawings all day, to make a long story short after finishing my studies as an Illustrator I came across web design, and to be honest, it was love at first sight. Since then I've been able to be part of a number of different teams and companies such as: Fibonad, Sunmedia, Zed Worldwide, Convierta, an so on..., and be in charge of Visual Design on dozens of projects, from projects that needed Graphic Design to those in need of Interaction and UI Design. I'd say that after all this years of hard work and continuous learning I've become a T-Shaped Designer, specialized in Visual Design.
While working on digital products I most use tools like Figma, XD or even Sketch, being Figma my favourite one by far. I've also worked with Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign for a lot of time, in fact, no long ago UI Desginers all over the world had to use Photoshop as their main tool for designing user interfaces, can you believe it! I also love writing HTML and CSS code, as I've had the chance throughout my career of creating websites from scratch, even regarding the HTML and CSS areas.
These days I'm really into UX Design as a mean of making the world a better place to live, through design, for people all around the planet.
